Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Arrow Maze Puzzle ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using Arrow Maze Puzzle, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. These Terms apply to all users of the App, of any age, subject to Section 9 below regarding age requirements imposed by app store operators.

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE APP

--------------------------------------------------


Arrow Maze Puzzle is a single-player puzzle game in which the player taps arrows to clear them from a grid-based maze in the correct order. Core gameplay works offline. The App requires no account creation or sign-in. The App displays advertising (banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads) served by Google AdMob, which requires an internet connection to load and display.

3. LICENSE TO USE THE APP

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This license does not permit you to:


- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where applicable law expressly permits this despite this limitation

- Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the App to any third party

- Remove or alter any proprietary notices on the App

- Interfere with, block, or manipulate the App's advertising in any way not intended by the developer, including the use of ad blockers, automated clicking, or fraudulent ad interaction

4. YOUR CONTENT AND DATA

The App does not require you to create an account or submit any personal content. Your gameplay progress (unlocked levels, stars, hints, and settings) is stored locally on your own device, as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain full control over this local data; we do not access, store, or claim any rights over it.

5. ADVERTISING

The App is supported by advertising delivered through Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge that:


- Ads are served by Google and its third-party advertising partners, not by us directly

- We do not control the specific content of individual ads shown to you, though ads are subject to Google's own advertising content policies

- Rewarded ads are optional and are only shown when you choose to trigger them (for example, to earn in-game hints); declining a rewarded ad simply means you don't receive that optional reward

- Interacting with an ad (including tapping it) may take you to a third-party website or app outside of Arrow Maze Puzzle, which is not governed by these Terms

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App — including its design, artwork, code, puzzle-generation logic, sound effects, and branding — are and remain the exclusive property of the developer. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features except as necessary to identify that you are using the App as intended.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:


- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law

- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App, its advertising integrations, or the systems supporting it

- Use any automated system (bots, scripts, etc.) to interact with the App or its ads in a way that a normal human player could not

- Generate fraudulent ad impressions or clicks, whether manually or through automated means

- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate the developer in connection with the App

8. NO WARRANTIES

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App or its advertising will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely free of defects, though we make reasonable efforts to test and fix issues as they're found. We do not warrant or endorse any third-party ad content displayed within the App.

9. AGE REQUIREMENTS

Arrow Maze Puzzle is rated for a general audience. Where the app store you downloaded it from imposes a minimum age or requires parental consent for users under a certain age, those store-level requirements apply in addition to these Terms. Because the App displays interest-based advertising to eligible users, parents and guardians are encouraged to review their device's ad settings and monitor their children's use of any ad-supported app, including this one.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App, including any damages arising from third-party advertising content or links reached through ads. Because the App stores your progress only locally on your own device, please note that uninstalling the App, clearing its storage, or a device malfunction may result in loss of your saved progress; we recommend being aware of this if your progress matters to you.

11. CHANGES TO THE APP AND THESE TERMS

--------------------------------------------------


We may update the App from time to time to fix bugs, add features, adjust advertising, or improve performance, and we may update these Terms to reflect such changes. Where changes are significant, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. TERMINATION

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to discontinue the App, its advertising, or any of its features at our discretion, though we will make reasonable efforts to avoid disrupting your experience without notice where practical.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
